About the consultation

Why we start with a consultation

A consultation lets Debbie understand your concerns, review your medical history and medications, and assess your skin before recommending anything. Some concerns are best addressed with skin treatments, some with a conservative cosmetic plan, and sometimes the best advice is to wait.

You will be given clear information about suitable options, possible risks, expected downtime and costs, so you can make an informed decision. You are never expected to decide on the day.

Consultations are available at our Rhodes and Castle Hill clinics, Monday to Saturday by appointment.

Is it right for you?

Who it may suit

A consultation is the first step for every cosmetic treatment at our clinics.

  • Book a consultation if

    • You are considering a non-surgical cosmetic treatment for the first time
    • You are unsure which treatment suits your concern
    • You would like a personalised, conservative plan
    • You want to understand the risks and costs before deciding
  • It may not be for you if

    • You are looking for a guaranteed result
    • You want treatment on the same day without time to consider
    • You have a medical condition that needs a doctor first, which Debbie will discuss

  • Next steps

    • Take time to read any information you are given
    • Write down questions to ask before booking a treatment
    • Let the clinic know of any changes to your health or medications
    • Book your treatment only when you feel ready
  • About risks

    • A consultation itself has no physical risks
    • Each treatment has its own risks, explained before you decide

    • You can ask for a second opinion at any time

Results vary from person to person. Debbie will explain the realistic outcome, risks and costs for your skin at your consultation. If you are concerned after a treatment, call the clinic, and in an emergency call 000.
